AECOM has an excellent Part Time fixed at 30 hours per week opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator. This person will provide contracts management, project controls and accounting support on various large Professional Services Contracts with public utility agencies.
Duties Include:
Prepare and manage sub-contractor agreements. Review, process and track sub contractor invoices and accounts payable. Manage contracts and accounting file system. Assist Program Accountants with billing, invoicing, and collections. Provide Project Managers with Project financial performance analyses. Provide support to Project Managers with Project controls including project setup tracking, and estimates to complete.Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience as project administrator, accountant or project controls.
- Familiar with professional services contracts and accounting principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with accounting systems; ORACLE, Peachtree and etc.
