Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in business, business systems, liberal arts, industrial relations or organizational development or demonstrated equivalent. Job Description: As a member of the HR Shared Services Center, this individual will hold a dual role of benefits administrator and HRMS analyst responsible for specialized project and reporting work relating to URS' HR systems and our HR Shared Service Center. There will be a heavy focus on report writing, report generation, data generation and data compilation. This individual will handle designated weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly benefits tasks including reporting, invoices, reconciliations, and maintenance. This individual will respond to requests from the general HR team (HR Administrators, HR Managers, HR Directors) and be able to work on special projects needing a high level of understanding of our HR systems and the ability to pull data from those systems. This individual will take on special initiative projects within the HR Service Center and HR Department as needed. At times this person will be asked to help cover for other HR Service Center representatives and as such will need to be familiar with data entry into our HRMS. EOE M/F/D/V |
