Job Description:
The IE Division of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Jr. Office Engineer for immediate employment in the New York office.
• Will organize and prepare and maintain status reports on project progress.
• Setup and maintenance of document control for processing and tracking of correspondence, reports, payment documents, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and change orders.
• Will attend and take minutes at meetings.
• Will organize and maintain field office files.
• Will be using Expedition or Contract Manager or similar document control software
