Description:
Hands-on support position. Primary duties include building images for desktops and laptops using Microsoft SCCM; will perform deployment of images to desktops/laptops and configure for user activity and assist with user conversion from Win XP to Win 7 on new/existing equipment which may include but is not limited to data conversion, user setup, user education, and asset tracking.

Experience:
2-5 years of desktop support on Windows Operating System; experience with MAC a plus; must have significant hands-on knowledge and experience with Microsoft SCCM and Windows 7 operating system

Technical skills:
Microsoft SCCM, Windows 7, familiar with Active Directory and Microsoft product suite (email, Word, Excel, etc.); strong organizational and time management skills to work on day-to-day activities as well as projects; willing to work in a team environment; strong communication skills a must for working with a variety of users
