Find out more about our parent company online at: http://www.loreal.co.uk We are looking to hire an Ecommerce Marketing Director to be based in the New York area. In this role you will provide strategic leadership for both the short term and long term needs of the ecommerce business. The Ecommerce Marketing Director will oversee day-to-day execution of the ecommerce acquisition marketing activities, including a robust affiliate marketing relationship, SEM, display advertising, SEO, etc. S/He will collaborate with colleagues in planning, merchandising, finance and stores to help achieve the Company's financial objectives. S/He must be a hands-on, pragmatic leader, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Ecommerce Marketing Director will also be responsible for creating the long term strategy for new customer acquisition in terms of sustainable growth, optimal channel mix, budget planning and ROI models.
