Based in our International Head Office in Littlehampton, West Sussex, the International Finance Team have a new vacancy for a Financial Shared Services Customer Service Manager. This role leads a team of 35 finance shared service professionals, with two direct line reports and will be instrumental during this phase of departmental transformation. Role Definitions Key Job Accountabilities: • Oversee the compliance of all FSS processes internationally to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and key deliverables • Responsible for designing and implementing appropriate Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicator reports and Control Dashboards for FSS • Advise and support Zone and Market leadership teams with FSS process improvement initiatives, including, but not limited to internal control enhancements and IT platform developments impacting FSS • Manage and lead multiple International FSS projects, as required • Advise the Group and BSI Senior Management team on workable solutions in respect of the Group norms for FSS • Manage and coach a large team Other • Commercially controls spend within your specific remit, working creatively and in a SMART way to reduce both overall costs whilst increasing efficiency • To perform other related duties as assigned or requested • Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimising the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers • Champions, supports and participates in The Body Shop's Values and Campaigns Personal requirements for role Experience: • Previous leadership experience in and international or financial shared services environment • Previous experience in developing and implementing FSS "best practices" e.g. Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicator reporting, Control Dashboards essential • Experience of being the Finance Lead on cross-functional projects essential • Experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders (Zone Finance Directors and IT Senior Managers) essential • Internal Control / Audit experience desirable • Able to demonstrate deep knowledge of business processes within the SAP R/3 • Self-motivated and process driven, with experience of working in a fast paced environment, working to tight deadlines alone or as part of a team • Attention to detail with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and work to deadlines, either alone or as part of a team • Ability to negotiate and influence key business stakeholders at all levels Qualifications: • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent desirable • Project Management qualification Prince 2 or equivalent desirable The Body Shop International plc, the natural and ethical beauty brand, is uncompromising in its adherence to its Values.
