The Role

The Leadership Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with Tesla's Executive Search Leader on the development of world-class recruiting and research strategies including competitive analysis across high tech and automotive industries, target company lists, the identification of candidate profiles that match necessary competencies, as well as candidate development and client management.

Responsibilities

Execute full life cycle searches to include: developing search strategy, sourcing, prescreening and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates; develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to our hiring managers
Proactive pipeline development including the design, build and maintenance of a strong and diverse network of potential senior leadership candidates
Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies
Develop excellent internal client relationship skills, while communicating proactively and consistently with hiring managers and candidates

Requirements

Experienced and comfortable with full lifecycle recruiting
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business environment, preferably a combination of firm and in-house experience focused on high technology or automotive industries
Strong computing and desktop research skills including search string and basic business knowledge
Hands-on and independent hard worker with strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with being a good listener
Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with internal clients and external candidates
Team player: collaborative, supportive and trustworthy
Strong intellectual capacity, a continuous learner, highly analytical, good conceptual thinking skills, and excellent pattern recognition skills to be effective in this type of role
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
