Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in an architectural curriculum.
• Must have minimum of 3 to 5three years' experience in an office setting using Revit, Autocad, Word, and Excel and have experience in 3-D computer modeling and 3-D physical modeling in Autocad and/or Revit.
• Must have ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
• Must be able to create, apply, manage and coordinate Revit & CAD standards for project assignments with internal and external team members.
• Must have experience with aviation, transportation or commercial building design projects that have progressed from schematic through final design documents.
• Must have excellent communication, people and organizational skills
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.


Job Description:

The URS/Seattle office seeks a graduate architect to join our team to work on aviation and commercial facility design projects from inception to completion. The graduate architect will work closely with senior architects and engineers on all aspects of a project, including: programming, space planning, code compliance, architectural design, presentation materials, finish and furniture selection, construction document preparation, design specification preparation and shop drawing reviews.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those stated above.
