Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Contracts, Finance or Business Administration. College course work in the field of Contract Administration are preferred. A minimum of one to two years of related work experience is required.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, exceptional word-processing, and experience with database and spreadsheet programs and integrated software applications are required. Candidates must be able to multi-task; effectively manage time and set priorities; and work under firm and quick-turn-around deadlines.

Position may require travel.

Position may require ability to pass a Security Clearance.


Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to administer subcontracts and consulting agreements on DoD contracts and provide support to proposal activities.

Selected candidate will have the flexibility to be based in one of several offices throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Area/Northern Virginia area.

Responsibilities:

Perform subcontract administration functions including correspondence, non-disclosure and teaming agreement negotiations, proposal activity support, assisting with subcontract generation and negotiations, file maintenance, subcontract closeout, and interaction with technical contract managers and external customers.
Research, analyze, and maintain documentation, including subcontracts, modifications, task/delivery orders, representations, certifications and correspondence. Conduct internal audits of subcontract files to ensure compliance. Supports Company's compliance with Government socioeconomic programs and initiatives.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
