About Tesla

Palo Alto, California-based Tesla Motors designs and manufactures Electrical Vehicles and EV powertrain components. Tesla's goal is to produce a full range of electric cars from sports cars to mass-market vehicles and we are determined to decrease the cost of electric vehicles. We have designed, produced and delivered Tesla Roadsters to customers in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Model S, the world's first premium electric sedan is now being rolled out world-wide.

The Role

The Delivery team is committed to giving the best Ownership Experience possible to our customers. This position is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding technology company and have a direct impact on our delivery promise as customers take ownership of their new vehicles.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of final vehicle hand-over as defined by the Personal Delivery Programme in your area of responsibility.
Oversee the pre-delivery process in line with company procedures and perform customer vehicle inspection, preparation and paperwork prior to delivery.
Update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to the management.
Follow up on the necessary documents involved in the registration of the car and the hand-over to the customer in a timely manner.
Escalate matters that require senior management concurrence in a timely manner to line management.
Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by line management.

Requirements

Strong team-player.
Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience in a face-to-face customer service environment required.
Valid clean driver's licence required. If required, we will help you to obtain the relevant driving licences.
Strong command of English preferred. Fluency in Local Language required.
A flexible approach to work required.
Experience in or knowledge of automotive technology preferred.
