Job Description:  CH2M HILL Program Manager Careers - Davenport, Iowa
The challenge? Help deliver safe, reliable and extremely competitive integrated facilities management services that focus on enhancing the life-cycle and performance output of our client's assets. Our Facilities Program Manager position is responsible for the success of a facility management services program at our client site and you must have experience in major facility management. The Program Manager will perform as an agent for the company and point of contact for the client. Frequent client interaction with intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction at the client's site in Davenport. Each day, you will represent CH2M HILL and our client as you take responsibility for ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed by the contractors working on the client site, and will have considerable responsibility in the operations and infrastructure of the facilities. You should be a self motivated professional with a minimum 7 years project management experience and have a desire to grow personally, as well as professionally, with each Program Manager job.

Our Program Managers:
  • Are responsible for safe work practices of both CH2M HILL staff and subcontractors which includes implementation of CH2M HILL Target ZERO program.
  • Have experience managing projects related to facilities infrastructure.
  • Are project management professionals, capable of succeeding in cost controls, budgeting, scoping, planning, estimating, procurement, scheduling, change management, tracking, contractor dispute resolution, and leadership of other Project Managers.
  • Provide inspection of facilities and work; planning, programming and scheduling; repair and maintenance; quality control; preventative maintenance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years experience in facilities management
  • Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Working knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and general building maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related, or 5 years of additional experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience utilizing the MS Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFM and other professional license desired; commercial industry training desired.
