Manufacturing Administrator About Tesla Tesla's goal is to accelerate the world's transition to electric mobility with a full range of increasingly affordable electric cars. California-based Tesla designs and manufactures EVs, as well as EV powertrain components for partners such as Toyota and Daimler. Tesla achieved profitability early Q1 of 2013 and delivered more than 4,900 Model S to customers in North America. Model S is the world's first premium sedan to be engineered from the ground up as an electric vehicle and was named Motor Trend's prestigious 2013 Car of the Year. The Role The role is directly responsible for all administrative tasks associated with the assembly process including the monitoring and recording of vehicle status and materials / services associated with the assembly of vehicles in line with targets set by senior management. The role will work directly with the production supervisor, supporting daily operations and performing tasks as defined by the supervisor and operations team. Responsibilities Employee is responsible for all administrative activities within the vehicle assembly team. Daily coordination of vehicle tracking, incoming from the Fremont team, and outgoing to final delivery destination. Role will include recording and reporting internal vehicle movement, key performance metrics for assembly within the Tilburg facility, and preparing reports for metrics back to US senior management He/she is expected to complete all documentation updates, maintain records of previous metric performance, and maintain clear filing records for the processes associated with assembly. He/she will be the initial contact for the majority of service providers to the assembly process, maintaining external relationships with suppliers, service providers and internal customers. He/she will work closely with the Production supervisor to ensure all administration is completed in an effective and timely manner. Requirements
