Job Description:

The San Francisco office is searching for an office facilities manager who is able to handle the day to day management of office administrative operations. This position reports to the office Business Manager and is responsible for providing a professional and efficient office environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate knowledge and background with construction (tenant improvement) contracts, insurance, change orders, managing vendors and suppliers, accounts payables and budgeting. This includes but not limited to the following tasks:
- Coordination and communication with all staff.
- Process AP to the corporate office on a weekly basis.
- Maintain office's facility support files in both hard copy and in electronic version.
- Track company assets, and oversee/organize repairs and scheduled maintenance visits.
- Manage reprographic services and photocopying equipment
- Review invoices for proper backup and accounting costs.
- Order office supplies and equipment. Maintain cellular phones and radio accounts.
- Occasional general reception duties with a strong sense of customer service.
- Track and report use of consumables and ODC for billing purposes
- Manage tenant improvements, and furniture procurement
- Other administrative as needed
