Minimum Requirements: BS/BA in a relevant field and minimum ten (10) years technical and/or operational experience with a minimum of four years leadership in technical, tactical, or operational responses. Demonstrated expertise in the individual's functional field is required with expertise in homeland security, or related areas desirable. Of added importance to this position are excellent written and verbal communications abilities, and demonstrated analytical qualifications. Of critical importance will be an acknowledged recognition as an expert in the individual's functional performance field.
