TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for the day-to-day oversight and growth of The Nature Conservancy's national canvassing program. Activities include coordination and implementation of multiple city campaigns to include advance planning, schedule development, creative/messaging, on-boarding and continued training of campaign teams. Work with key stakeholders to initiate canvassing campaigns in cities from launch to continuation on messaging. Train canvassing teams, coordinate internal communications and share program results. Manage one or more Canvass agency(s) to monthly recruiting goals. Work with membership program managers to ensure touch-point strategies are in place for the cultivation and retention of canvass-acquired donors. Coordinate and manage canvassing annual budgets. Analyze results against key performance indicators and make recommendations to on short- and long-term strategies. Develop reports that measure and evaluate the national face to face program against industry standards and best-in-class programs. Reports to the Director of Acquisition. TNC BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
