The Role The primary goal of the Orientation Specialist is to provide a fun and educational experience for new Tesla customers on their first day of ownership. The Orientation Specialist will accomplish this by assisting with the accurate completion of documents, providing a tailored vehicle orientation, and answering any questions about living with an electric vehicle. An implicit responsibility of the Orientation Specialist is to conduct educational conversations and business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience that represents the Tesla brand values.
