TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Leads the US Membership fundraising department and provides strategic direction and vision for raising awareness, engagement and revenue in US within the Marketing Division. Responsible for double digits growth for revenue through the expansion and diversification of the memberbase. Leads and manages the Retention, Upgrading, Acquisition, Workplace giving, Matching gifts, and Monthly Donor programs. Provides strategic vision/oversight for overall US Membership communications and multi-channel touch-point plans, developing strong long-term engagement at the different levels of the donor pyramid effectively feeding into major and gift planning donor levels, and assures overall marketing/communications organizational goals are achieved. Manage P&L and long-term investments to optimize net present value. Collaborates with the Digital Group to implement digital membership strategies and with States to enhance members' retention and awareness. Works with the Business Information Analysis group to ensure information is in place to measure progress and to make informed decisions. Collaborates and supports the marketing leadership to grow and broaden the support for conservation at a global scale. Reports to the Global Director of Membership. TNC BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
