The Wheatstone LNG Project is a multi-train Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and domestic gas (DomGas) plant near Onslow on the Pilbara Coast. Bechtel is honored to participate in the engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up of this LNG plant.

Bechtel is seeking a ES&H Analyst to join the Wheatstone LNG Project working on the Onslow site.

Role Overview

The ESH Analyst supports the Reporting and Communication Specialist and reports to the Deputy ESH Manager-Site Services. This position will assume the duties of the Reporting and Communication Specialist during RnR rotation.

Develop/update Subcontractor ES&H reporting templates
Provide support and guidance to Subcontractors in completing weekly reporting requirements
Collate ES&H data from Subcontractors, Client and Bechtel
Develop ES&H graphical and pictorial reports to meet project requirements.
Analyse data within Microsoft Excel to identify trends.
Produce ESH and Site Management reports and Presentations.
Enter incident information and produce reports using the Bechtel corporate system
Maintain Key Process Improvement registers
Collate the monthly ES&H report.
Produce safety alerts, toolbox topics and other promotional materials.
Assist with ES&H initiatives/campaigns.
Maintain the ES&H Action Register.
Collate and distribute the ESH daily notice and daily report.
As needed, other ES&H data entry duties, and producing meeting minutes as required.
Order ES&H materials as required.
Update Health and Safety noticeboards as required.

Basic Qualifications

Significant experience as ES&H Analyst for large construction/mining/ oil and gas operator required
Advance skill and knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required with emphasis on Excel macro and formula expertise.
Demonstrated skills and knowledge of using web-based data collection, analysis and reporting applications
Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety preferred and/or working towards certification
Good oral and written communications skills
Ability to work towards a deadline and produce quality reports
