Candidate will manage a team of traffic planners and engineers in preparing traffic forecasts, traffic studies including micro-simulation, traffic signals, signing and striping, and design of ITS projects that will vary from large freeway improvements to local traffic improvements for private clients and small public agencies. The candidate will also assist in the preparation of written reports and presentations of project findings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Planning.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in traffic planning, engineering and design that includes traffic studies and simulations, modeling, travel demand forecasting and/or ITS projects.
A Colorado PE or TE or equivalent years of experience
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to handle multiple project commitments on short time frames.
Proven ability to support internal teams and serve outside clients directly
