Oracle ERP Technical Architect
Position Responsibilities:
- The Technical Architect for ERP is responsible for the overall ERP Technical Architecture which is currently based on Oracle R12 ERP. This will include responsibilities for solutions, interfaces and module management & support.
- The ERP Technical Architect works closely with all technical & functional members of the MWAA ERP team to support the overall ERP architecture and solutions roadmap and assists in the review of the MWAA's ERP plan to ensure that solutions are meeting business expectations.
- The ERP Technical Architect will work with ERP Program Manager and functional experts to assess business benefits and produces business cases for justifying future state of ERP investments and continuously evaluates market developments in MWAA related technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 11i/R12, Oracle Application Framework (OAF / ADF), Oracle 10g / 11g Middleware Oracle ERP
- 4 years experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 11i/R12 design and implementation of development, execution, and operations architectures solutions, including (but not limited to): reporting, interface, batch scheduling, monitoring, output management, etc.
- 3 years delivering other Java applications with Oracle database , designing, coding and performance tuning
- Extensive performance tuning experience with Oracle EBS applications
- Working experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 11i/R12 installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, cloning, Maximum Availability Architecture(MAA) and backup/recovery
- Bachelor's degree required
Professional Skill Requirements
- Experience in leading significant portions of technical delivery of large complex projects
- Ability to develop solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of standardized and customized services.
- Responsible for the design, configuration, development, integration, testing, implementation, documentation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite
- Experience in building and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite operating environments through a deep understanding of the Oracle ERP application and client business requirements.
- Experience working with clients and business/technical teams to develop, apply and support Oracle E-Business Suite specific processes, tools and environment.
- Experience in providing support for all aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite application environment expectations from proposal response, application blueprint, implementation and on-going support.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
