Job Description:

Graduate/ Entry Level:
Assist project team in conducting research and analyses relating to supply and demand, financial feasibility, and economic development questions for urban real estate, attractions, and infrastructure projects. Under the direction of project managers and senior staff, Intern will conduct direct research using internet, industry publications, telephone interviews, and on-site interview, etc. Intern will compile results and develop analytical models using Excel and descriptive reporting using Word and PPT. Must have ability to work in demanding environment with short deadlines and information uncertainty.

Basic Minimum Requirements:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint as well as overall computer proficiency.

Strong written English ability. Writing sample required.

GIS skills also beneficial

Strong attention to detail

Ability to balance multiple competing deadlines and priorities

Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
7. Prefer candidates in Urban Planning or MBA programs with focus on housing, real estate, or similar
