Our Sacramento or Oakland, California office is seeking a full-time Regional Business Line Leader/Business Development Professional.
Duties include:

Regional Transmission & Distribution business development
Growth and development of T&D NSR ramp up to 20M then target over next 2 years 50M
Proposal preparation, managing proposal design and submittal
Relationship management, proven track record in developing transmission and substation projects and delivery capability in business, developing strategic alliances, joint venture relationships and deal structures for program management, professional services and alliance and design build contracts.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering and a minimum of ten (10) years directly related to "selling and doing" large, complex, and capital intensive projects, preferably in the high voltage transmission industry.
Must be well-versed in successful marketing practices, and have a proven track record in leading a team for proposal preparation, and for the effort needed to win the work.
Previous experience as a project manager for large capital projects is highly desired.
An advanced degree is preferred, and the ideal candidate will have an active Professional Engineer (PE) registration, or PMP certification.
