Job Description:  Respond to employee inquiries about, health, welfare, life and various other benefit programs.  

Interact with all levels of employees, including senior management, in identifying and resolving benefit issues.

Process and track monthly processing and reconciliation of employee contributions along with company premium payments.   

Provide funding schedules to Finance as well as resolve any issues with record-keeper, HRIS/Payroll, and Finance departments.

Respond to employee inquiries about, health, welfare, life and various other benefit programs.

Education equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business, or the equivalent in related work experience, with excellent knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and HIPAA.

At least 3-5 years of Human Resource experience, with emphasis in Benefits, demonstrating general knowledge of HRIS Systems.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience working with HRIS/Payroll/Benefit systems, ORACLE experience is preferred.  

Experience in administration, compliance and regulatory aspects of Health, Dental, Life, Voluntary Benefits.   Experience with premium remittance.  

Education equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business, or the equivalent in related work experience, with excellent knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and HIPAA.

At least 3-5 years of Human Resource experience, with emphasis in Benefits, demonstrating general knowledge of HRIS Systems.
