Summary Leader of the Healthcare Market Sector for the Americas Geography (US, Canada and Latin America) for the Buildings + Places Business Line. This senior leader develops and leads AECOM's overall healthcare practice growth and key client strategy in the Americas integrating four core practice lines: Program Cost Consulting (PCC); Design, Planning & Economics (DP&E), Architecture; and, Building Engineering. Works with Tishman/Construction Services and external alliances to develop integrated project delivery (IPD) strategies. A recognized thought leader that develops, articulates and leads the execution of value creation strategies for our clients. Responsibilities • Develops and leads annual and long-term (5-year) business plan • Establishes annual sales goals and leads strategy to execute • Leads major pursuits, develops successful win strategies and closes the largest, most complicated and iconic projects • Develops and leads key account management (KAM) strategy to achieve aggressive growth goals • Responsible for developing market sector intelligence including industry assessment, trends and key markets and client opportunities for investment and work winning • Collaborates with practice leaders to develop AECOM's competitive positioning strategy and create new/differentiated service offerings • Provides leadership to Business Development Directors, Client Group Leaders and Account Managers in developing win strategies, go-no-go plans and closing sales • Develop and manage marketing plans and budgets • Manage the business development pipeline including generating enough leads to achieve annual wins targets and long term growth goals Key Partners • Global Healthcare Market Sector Leader • National Practice Line Leaders • Region Business Line Managers • Marketing Leadership Requirements • 20> years of relevant industry experience with focus on client and project relationships • Has key and trusted client relationships that can lead to new business quickly • An unblemished reputation of integrity and excellent client service in the industry • Demonstrated skills in marketing and business development, including market strategy development, competitive assessment, market positioning and market strategy execution • Has an experienced and solid network in the design and planning industry • Recognized as healthcare industry expert who would bring added credibility at critical stages of the closing process • Proven strategic skills; experienced with the development and execution of marketing strategy • Strong creative and technical marketing expertise • Experience managing senior level employees • Excellent presentation and sales skills with proven ability to influence and persuade, particularly in relation to closing major project deals • Demonstrated collaborative skills, both internally and externally • Expert communicator; solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills to engage and mobilize firm to embrace marketing strategy Reports to Executive Vice President of Strategy + Development What We Offer AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people.
