Job Description:  The Manager, Retirement Plans, Total Rewards will assist in the management of the Company’s retirement programs in the Company’s Americas region in North and South America.   Initially, this responsibility will primarily relate to the Company’s retirement programs which include U.S.-based qualified retirement plans (defined contribution and defined benefit), nonqualified deferred compensation plans, employee stock plans and Canadian retirement programs.  
 
This individual will be responsible for managing the time-sensitive, day-to-day plan administrative functions carried out by Company’s Retirement Team including record keeping, financial processes, reporting obligations, compliance functions, and various audit-related projects.   To complement this process, this individual will assist in structuring this Team’s operations to achieve maximum efficiency and optimal responsiveness to the needs of the Company.   Also, this individual will assist in the completion of the Company’s annual performance management process for the Retirement Team which includes the development of professional goal plans, mid-year and annual performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans (as needed).   
Lastly, as part of a larger Global Benefits Team, this individual may also assist in the oversight of the Company’s international retirement programs which encompasses plan administrative functions as well as plan establishment or termination.   
 
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s or related advanced degree a plus.  
· Professional accreditation with benefits-related coursework is preferred.
· A minimum of 8 years experience in retirement, pension and benefit plans with at least 4 of the 8 years in retirement plans (defined contribution and defined benefit) and non-qualified deferred compensation.
· Active participation in professional industry groups (CEBS, SHRM, ASPPA, World at Work, FINRA, etc.)
