We are seeking a Project Manager with a wide range of water/wastewater project experience. Requirements: * At least 8 years of experience as a consulting engineer in the municipal water/wastewater industry. * Subconsultant management experience including negotiating and executing sub agreements, work scope, work/purchase orders etc. * Excellent municipal, state, and/or federal client relationships and references. * B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. * Registration as a Civil Engineer in Maryland preferred. * Pipeline, pump station and lift station design experience required. * Water/wastewater treatment plant design experience including development of conceptual/preliminary designs, detailed design document preparation, and engineering services during construction preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective client presentations and written report preparation. * Demonstrated project management experience including budget and schedule monitoring and control responsibilities. * Experience mentoring and supervising other engineering professionals.
