• Minimum six years of work experience in sales or business development, with a background in the demolition industry
• Excellent verbal skills, telemarketing/cold calling experience is required
• Must have a valid driver's license

URS is seeking an individual to develop sales opportunities in the Demolition and Environmental Remediation market sectors in the Southern California Area. Responsibilities will include the following:
• Report to the operations manager
• Develop relationships and secure bidding opportunities with local General building contractors
• Develop relationships and secure bidding opportunities with land development companies
• Develop relationships and secure bidding opportunities with consulting firms
• Develop relationships within parent company and secure bid opportunities
• Procure pre-qualifications with targeted Fortune 500 companies
• Follow up on leads from estimators
• Monitor progress of projects and insure client satisfaction on projects won
