Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years of construction related experience.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
Valid Driver's License Job Description: • Will organize and prepare status reports on project cost and schedule progress • Will prepare evaluation of work completion for progress billing to Owner as well as handling payments to subcontractors and performing construction schedule analysis • Other duties to include: Managing the setup and maintenance of document control for processing and tracking of correspondence, reports, payment documents, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and change orders • Will attend meetings and will prepare minutes of meeting • The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those stated above
