Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or engineering related field or equivalent experience

Minimum three years of construction related experience

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test

Valid Driver's License

Job Description:

• Candidate will maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders
• Candidate will track change orders
• Candidate will create and maintain project schedule and cost reports
• Candidate will prepare and submit monthly reports
• Candidate will prepare minutes-of meeting
• The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those stated above
