Project Manager Contract is pending award In addition serving as the on-site AECOM lead supervising the day to day operations and staff in support of the contract, to include time keeping, annual reviews, mentoring, training, and serving as the client first line POC, the PM shall also be a functional SME and perform the following: The contractor shall perform the following: 5.2.1. Administrative Support Services Level I • Researching and developing speeches for the Director of the Office of Commemoration's speaking engagements at various national and international events and conferences. • Developing pre-decisional material for use during top-official and VIP visits and meetings. • Drafting proclamations and program and public service announcements based upon internal and external purposes. • Coordinating with special project managers and departments to prepare and distributed sensitive information and records. • Providing web content management and oversight to ensure that information is up-to-date on both the WVCC's website and Commemorative Partner Program Portal. • Providing graphic design work, such as creating and modifying images such as logos flags and other graphics. • Determining customer's IT requirements and assist them by analyzing trends and providing training and orientation services. • Providing input for the development of operational manuals and instructions to ensure adequate explanation and training. • Providing meeting logistics, agendas, briefs and presentations for high-level government officials and industry leaders. • Creating, maintaining and updating sensitive project information from all departments throughout the DoD Office of Commemorations. • Preparing complete situation/statistical reports and presentation decks daily to include: o Community Affairs o Commemorative Partners Program o Education and Outreach o Finance Department o Events o Marketing o Legislative • Reviewing, prioritizing evaluating and assessing a wide variety of complex and sensitive projects, studies and actions concerning operational functions. Conducting and participating in special assignments and studies of the Director's interest on a wide variety of mission critical projects, tasks and office functions. Provide background information and detailed assessments as directed. • Determining coordination requirements, information requirements and other background information which may impact on the response based upon subject matter. Special Qualifications: Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all personnel assigned to the Contract possess the following qualifications. a. Experience with military record keeping across services - important for identifying source documents and materials for the exhibit. b. Experience working with DoD and the Military Services history offices preferred, but not required. c. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. d. Functional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign graphics software. e. Functional knowledge of webpage editing and administration. f. Background in Vietnam War history (preferred) or Cold War history (desired). g. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office 2010 products e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel. H. College degree, however this is a desired requirement.
