1.To assist the Senior Construction Engineer to carry out day-to-day site administration works including preparing site instructions, maintaining site and test records to ensure proper contract administration. 2.To supervise site installation work for compliance to the project standards and criteria to ensure quality, construction safety and uniformity. 3.To check contractor's work plans, method statements, material submission, testing proposal and specifications for compliance with project requirements. 4.To supervise the Testing and Commissioning work for the Rolling Stock to ensure the trains are adequately tested for timely opening of KSL or closing out of the DLP for LMC. 5.To liaise with relevant Government departments including HKRI. 6.To carry out inspection and to report on any deviations from the specified standards and code of practice for immediate remedial actions. 7.To manage the technical and logistical interfaces with all interfacing contractors by maintaining regular contact with other project colleagues and proposing solutions to interface issues. 8.To undertake site administration works including preparation of site instructions and maintaining records to ensure the contract status is effectively documented. Jobholder specification. A recognized degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent withsignificant relevant experience in managing the design, installation, testing and commissioning of Rolling Stock for large-scale railway in a multi-disciplinary environment..
