Job Description:

URS Federal Services is seeking a Military Analyst to support Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Capability Manager-Live (TCM-Live) and the Requirements and Integration Office (RIO) with capabilities development of concepts and requirements for Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and assist with Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents development. Successful applicants must be able to conduct research and provide studies, analysis, documentation, and recommendations about the development and integration of live instrumentation within the Army's Live Training Transformation (LT2) Family of Training Systems (FTS) environment. Applicants will prepare and maintain routine and specialized documents, reports, research studies, and databases.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Support analyses, management, and traceability of instrumentation systems.
2. Provide Subject Matter Expertise and insight pertaining to Army Range Instrumentation systems at Combat Training Centers (CTCs) and home station training systems.
3. Provide technical coordination future Army Range Instrumentation and Common Training Instrumentation Architecture (CTIA) requirements.
4. Prepare and maintain routine and specialized documents/ reports that support analyses, management, and traceability of instrumentation system integration.
5. Provide assistance with research analysis, and development of Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and develop Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) and Couse of Action (CoAs).
6. Have working knowledge of simulations, simulators, instrumentation, operational C4ISR systems, and architectures associated with Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) technologies.
7. Liaison and coordination with Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Army Commands (ACOMs), Joint Forces Command (JFCOM), and other agencies to provide subject matter expert (SME) information on live training systems and the relationships each system has with one another.
8. Develop and present briefings,

10. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
