Job Description: BODY CENTER SUPERVISOR

Role and Responsibilities:

Open to Body Center Team Leads that have been in their role for six months or longer.
Develops, maintains, and enforces adherence to standardized Work Instructions.
Able to do time and process studies for process development and continual improvements.
Assists in hiring, training, and supervising a group of Team Leads and Associates; establishes and maintains effective working relationships with Associates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work with cross-functional teams.
Understands, practices, and develops others in 5S methodologies.
Ensures quality of product with proactive, effective inspection procedures, immediate quality response and containment, and effective problem solving to prevent recurrence.
Builds strong safety culture; responds immediately to concerns and incidents with hard countermeasures.
Excellent computer skills and aptitude.
Self-directed, motivated, and goal oriented.
History of ethical, professional behavior.

Candidates must be able to flex schedule to support both shift operations, as needed.
