Design and implement an overall Bond Program Risk Management Plan based upon AECOM's corporate risk standards, tailored for the LACCD Bond Program. Serve as the full time principle risk management lead to the Program Manager. Identify and report on all risk management activities and statuses on a routine basis, and access and advise on recommendations for resolution. Maintain a current Program Risk Register and recommend and track actions taken to resolve and control risk. Monitor, evaluate and report AECOM's success in managing program risk. Present and report on all risk related issues and activities to the Bond Program Stakeholders. Provide training, guidance and support to all Program Management staff to manage risk throughout the program. Provide oversight of OCIP providers and assess cost and performance. Seek ways to reduce cost and improve OCIP performance. Report OICP performance annually to the Program Manager. Assist in selection of risk management software applications when applicable. Supervise the use and training of staff members who access the any risk management databases and applications.
