CH2M HILL Construction Compliance Auditor Careers - Spring/Woodlands, TX Our Bridge/Highway Construction Compliance Auditor jobs provide you with an opportunity to work on roadways and related transportation projects located in the state of Texas. This position will be assigned to Construction Oversight inspection of the Grand Parkway Segments F1, F2 and G, Houston TxDOT district. All work will be in compliance with the TxDOT and Developer Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA) and the Project Management Plan of the developer. The work includes 38 miles of new freeway construction from SH 290 to SH 59. You should be a self-motivated professional with a proven and successful track record in inspection of transportation projects, including experience documenting installation of work and contractor's performance and experience with applicable codes. Proficiency in reading contract plans and specifications is necessary as well as experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook. A valid State driver's license is required along with good communication skills, both written & verbal. This position requires knowledge of TxDOT construction specifications and storm drainage and asphalt pavement experience. Our top candidate has proficiency in traffic control, safety, bridge and MSE wall construction as well as a desire to grow both personally as well as professionally with each construction oversight inspector job.
