Manages the full life cycle of a project and ensures the project is completed successfully from beginning to end (i.e. initiation, planning and designing, execution, monitoring and controlling, and completion of the project) aligning with AECOM's business strategy, goals, and vision. Manages projects on a local to national basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project. Maintains and builds a positive client relationship as well as being the primary point of contact with the client. Identifies and commits appropriate company resources to accomplish project goals. Controls overall project cost and scope, schedule, and quality of work. Makes decisions concerning approved expenditures to meet project budget, preventing the need for write-offs, and maximizing project margin. Ensures all standards and requirements are met in the area of health and safety by reviewing, communicating and managing project health and safety plans so that project personnel, client and subcontractors are aware of risks and hazards, and accidents are prevented. Mentors and develops staff, providing leadership and an environment which encourages teamwork, initiative and growth. Manages project(s) with up to $100K contract value and <$500K aggregate value, and $50K-$250K annual gross revenue.
