Job Description:
URS is actively seeking a Financial Analyst Lead to support the Norfolk, Virginia office.
This position will support programs in the Federal Services division of URS. Position will provide financial support including forecasting, cost tracking, and indirect rate management.
Individual will work closely with Program Management and Contracts Administrators to ensure financial performance on contracts including; conformance to budgetary limits, monitoring of Accounts Receivable and DSO, and verification of Revenue/EBIT recognition.
In addition to direct program support, position will supervise and mentor a small staff of financial analysts, provide training, guidance and will help to develop training materials and formats for the entire team.
