URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Engineer for immediate employment in the Santa Ana office. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in Water Resources.

Incumbent Responsibilities:
1. Able to work out of clients R&D facility and be responsible for regulatory compliance and health and safety issues
2. Work with plant manager and facilities manager and advise them of environmental and health and safety issues.
3. Be responsible for the overall compliance status of the plant
4. Be experienced in engineering and wastewater treatment processes
5. Complete compliance reports and permit applications for the plant
6. Participate in Hazop studies
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those listed above.
