Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business or related field, or demonstrated equivalent and related experience.
• Entrants to this position require 6 years of experience in engineering, procurement and construction projects or operating industrial facilities in a planning and scheduling position including some field experience required with 2+ years preferred
• Experienced in Primavera 6 (P6) with hands on knowledge of P6 administration hosting multiple users. Must have strong scheduling knowledge to diagnose other provider schedules for technical quality and able to effectively communicate necessary changes to appropriate parties (internal and external).
• Due to the nature of work, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred.
• Ability to effectively lead interactive planning workshops preferred.
• Ability to accept field assignments - duration ranging from 18 to 36 months preferred.

Level Specific Responsibilities:
• Provides analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.
• Supports the development of plans and schedules for proposals.
• Assists in coordination of schedule input from all parts of the organization
• Able to identify and assist in analysis of project schedule variances. Identifies and analyzes schedule variances and recommends associated corrective action.
• Updates and produces scheduling management reports.
