TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Member Care Coordinator position coordinates inquiries received by our Member Care vendors through any channel (mainly phone, e-mail and mail) are responded to in an accurate, consistent and timely manner, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the inquirers' perceptions and experience with TNC cost effectively. Works closely with the vendor and other member-care staff. This position focuses on daily/weekly functions to ensure we are meeting the needs of our members and internal partners. The work includes preparing reports on daily vendor interactions, and coordinating processes as requested. Performs administration functions as required. TNC BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
