ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Member Care Coordinator position coordinates inquiries received by our Member Care vendors through any channel (mainly phone, e-mail and mail) are responded to in an accurate, consistent and timely manner, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the inquirers' perceptions and experience with TNC cost effectively.  Works closely with the vendor and other member-care staff.

This position focuses on daily/weekly functions to ensure we are meeting the needs of our members and internal partners. The work includes preparing reports on daily vendor  interactions, and coordinating processes as requested. 

Performs administration functions as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing or related field and a minimum of 1 year related experience or equivalent combination. 
  • Experience working with all MS Office suite software.
  • Experience coordinating projects.
  • Experience with business writing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 - 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Willingness and  ability to develop and apply computer and  research skills on an ongoing basis.
  • Solid knowledge with word processing, database management and spreadsheet software, with ability to construct  
  • and produce reports, use mail merges and advanced functions.
  • Ability to navigate the Internet.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
