Summary of Role: New production lines have been implemented in the plant in April and it causes new Bill of Materials, new interal flows. Moreover part of the inventory is located in the external warehouse in Netherlands. The purpose of the internship is to develop tools to monitor and control the inventory level and to define the supply signal between production and both internal and external warehouse's (kanban system). Key responsibilities and accountabilities: - Facilitate action plans discrepancies treatment - Update BOM with actual consumption - Improve reliability of the movement of material inputs / outputs of finished products - Ensuring consistency between physical flows and information flows in real time - Define and implement kanban loops Minimum Requirements: - Undergraduate student in logistic Team oriented / team player - Computer literate - rigorous - meticulous - Fluent in english Preferred Requirements: - Postgraduate student in logistic - Team oriented / team player - Computer literate - rigorous - meticulous - Bilingual in english |
