Summary of Role: SunPower is seeking a Contracts Management, Administration, and Compliance Manager for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) to provide strategic and organizational leadership to the Contracts Management, Administration, and Compliance Group. The Contracts Management, Administration, and Compliance Manager reports to the Director of Project Controls within the EPC Organization and will be responsible for driving the management and administration of our project contracts, establishing and monitoring strategic objectives for those projects, staffing, budgeting, training, outsourcing, and facilitating high-level negotiations with customers and partners within the contracts environment and customer relations arena. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned): • Provides strategic and organizational leadership to the Contracts Management, Administration, and Compliance Group including:
Minimum Requirements:
•Experience managing a large multi-location team
• •Strong working knowledge of complex billing and payment schedules. •Experience working with ERP (Oracle), CRM (SalesForce), other enterprise construction management tools like e-builder and Primavera P6*LI-TJ |
