SUMMARY OF ROLE SunPower is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to provide operational and analytical support for the Americas Utility and Commercial business units. The Sales Operations Analyst reports to the Americas Utility & Commercial Sales Operations Senior Manager and will be responsible for supporting BU Senior Management manage and synchronize the business unit, including forecasting, budgeting, and allocating materials and resources. The position will involve close interactions across departments, including Sales, Finance, Project Management, Design, IT and other corporate departments in carrying out job responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Provide business analysis - forecast, measure, track and report business outlook, bookings, sales opportunities, quota attainment, revenue and operating expenses ? Develop and report regularly on business metrics; develop business models, including profit & loss, growth sensitivities, and lead to revenue models ? Continually document, re-assess and re-design key internal procedures related to sales activities; ensure operational standards are maintained ? Manage sales aspects of CRM - Ensure sales data integrity and adequate updating; continuously improve tool functionality. ? Support business unit planning, working closely with sales directors ? Interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels across multiple departments RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or equivalent - Two years experience in sales operations/analyst role, preferably with multi-million dollar capital projects having long and complex sales cycles - Strong knowledge of business processes and strategy - Track record of successful program/project management - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Capable working in a team environment; ability to encourage and leverage ideas/inputs from others - Excellent interpersonal, oral communications, and written communication skills - Strong personal initiative to take ownership of work product and strive for results - Solar industry experience preferred - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred Equal Employment Opportunity It is SunPower?s policy to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
