Summary of Role: Job purpose: 1. Manage a production team. 2. Guarantee the security of his/her team. 3. Ensure the quality of the production. 4. Guarantee the production time. 5. Participates through its actions on the ground to reduce production costs ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned) : Ensure compliance with the application of the procedures for manufacturing and control Ensure the supply line of raw materials so as not to break the workflow Know the different workstations of the line and is able to optimize its performance Know his goals in terms of retirements and how to use resources to achieve them Anticipate the drifts in making adjustments necessary machinery Responsive and implement corrective actions for non-conformities Factual, maintain a monitoring operators taking into account their attitude, behavior, motivation on the workstation Make openings and plant closings Ensure compliance with safety and general safety guidelines specific to each workstation Make proposals, to change procedures as part of continuous improvement Minimum Requirements: - BS Graduate (Any Engineering ME, EE, ECE, Metallurgical) Relevant Educational background - A first significative experience would be an advantage but not required - Knowledge of planning and production control - Interpersonal skills - Leadership skills. - Time-management skills. - Ability to work and collaborate with other departments - Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft windows - Good communication skills both oral and written - Good analytical skills Preferred Requirements: - Master degree's of industrial engineering oriented production trade - 2 years experiences in a related position - Interpersonal skills - Leadership skills. - Time-management skills. - Ability to work and collaborate with other departments - Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft windows - Good communication skills both oral and written - Good analytical skills - Project oriented driven - Bilingual english OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION - Job situation : Porcelette (40km of Metz) - 10% of travel required - Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in France. - Limited relocation assistance will be provided to the selected candidate. |
