Summary of Role: SunPower is seeking a Global Treasury Ops Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute daily treasury operations activities for global cash management and short-term investments. Oversee US daily cash position and monitor global status, including short-term investing of excess cash. Ensure monthly inter-company funding is completed in a timely manner. Execute wire transfers.
- Oversee the company's banking platforms including managing online users, and user capabilities and access rights according to the applicable policy
- Design, implement and operate treasury operations processes for a rapidly growing global company taking into consideration best practices and business needs; Implement a Treasury workstation
- Design, monitor and report treasury performance metrics in a concise, consolidated format.
- Serve as primary liaison between A/R, A/P and Payroll and the bank service providers
- Coordinate with Banks to provide Letters of Credit for business operations
- Update short-term cash flow forecast
- Work with Accounting and Audit functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash and short term debt
- Support Integration of M&A deals
- Work with Treasury Managers on special projects, simulations, analysis, and risk reporting
- Prepare quarter-end and month-end reports for management
- Cross-functional Interaction - Develop a clear understanding of the business and strategic objectives, in order to support existing operations and strategic growth initiatives. Partner effectively with other business and finance functions such as Tax (e.g., regular involvement with tax to manage inter-company issues), Structured Finance, Accounting and FP&A.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum requirements -
- Bachelor degree or 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of Treasury Accounting Standards Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills.
- Financial analysis skills with a thorough understanding of financial systems and tools including Hyperion and Oracle G/L.
- A critical thinker with attention to detail who regularly seeks innovative solutions to complex business/technical issues
- Financial acumen and organizational skills are highly valued and will be considered requisite.
Preferred Requirements: Preferred requirements -
- MBA degree with a focus in Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury related accounting standards

- Must have the ability to generate trust and build alliances at all levels within the organization as well as with external vendors.
- A team player adept at facilitating an open exchange of ideas with the Treasury team. Always working toward win/win relationships.
- Capable of establishing immediate credibility with business partners; able to build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
- High integrity. Must be honest, trustworthy, highly motivated, and possess a strong sense of urgency.
- Flexible, with the ability to know when to shift direction and when to be persistent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
