Summary of Role: Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. Make daily plan nad output commit for the line handled 2. Ensure 5s and good manufacturing practice is being done on the manufacturing floor 3. Execute plans / improvements given by the Manager 4. Attend to issues and concerns from subordinates 5. Oversee manufacturing operations and lead tech performance 6. Address tool and process issues immediately 7. Monitor wafer supply 8. Check daily manpower attendance 9. Update progress of special projects handled 10. Support manpower pooling thru interviewing applicants 11. Give manufacturing update thru operations meeting 12. Suggest and devise improvement on process, tool and the department as a whole 13. Execution and implementation of defined plan and strategy 14. Resolve unscheduled downtime with the support of E-Tech/PE 15. Prepare line updates on tool downtime 16. Meet per process commit and line daily commit 17. Prepares lead techs KI / Evaluation and appraisal 18. Responsible in preparing APR (Annual Performance Review) and arranging focal increase of lead techs 19. Support operations activities on Expansion 20. Prepares daily endorsement / report 21. Ensure to meet quality standard and the operation to be cost driven 22. Prepares CPR (Career Path Review) for lead techs Minimum Requirements: BS Engineering Graduate Minimum of 4yrs manufacturing supervisory experience |
