Summary of Role: SunPower seeks a Marketing Communications Manager for our Central Marketing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Marketing Communications Project Execution:

•Comprehend the branding implications and significance of given projects and communicate such to internal and external resources
•Coordinate the development of marketing and sales tools (print collateral, online assets, videos, etc.)
•Coordinate promotional launch activity for new products and programs introduced to the market
•Manage creative agencies, designers, copywriters and internal resources to deliver against project timelines and deliverables; develop and maintain detailed schedules
•Direct cross-functional teams, contractors, agencies and vendors to successfully meet diverse project timelines and budget constraints
•Review projects for accuracy and adherence to brand attributes, creative brief, messaging and trademark usage
•Develop professional relationships with vendors and internal teams.
•Manage budget/ project costs
Minimum Requirements: •Excellent project management skills
•Marketing Ops experience a plus
•Familiarity with Process Best Practices (and ability)
•Bachelor's degree in communications, literature, marketing or related field
•5+ years experience in Communications and/or Marketing
•Excellent writing and communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and iProcurement (Oracle)
Preferred Requirements: •Some Advertising or Design agency experience
•Traffic Department experience is a plus
•Negotiation skills and flexible outlook
•Perfectionist attention to detail and exceptional quality standards
•Proven ability to execute on marketing projects effectively and cross the finish line
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
•Must be able to organize multiple objectives and inputs into a cohesive project plan
•Capable of effectively managing priorities, people, time and multiple projects simultaneously
•Experience working with outside vendors such as design agencies, copywriters, photographers and designers
•Proven strong relationship management skills: able to successfully relate to people at all levels of business; capable of forming and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships
•Design software (Indesign, Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, etc . ) and Eloqua knowledge is a plus*LI-TJ
