Summary of Role: We're looking for a Facilities Manager for EMEA to join our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1.Provide facility support services for EMEA offices 2.Develop short and long-term facility utilization plans 3.Manage and oversee design, development and implementation of construction projects in EMEA offices 4.Coordinate and manage office moves and relocations 5.Assist with the development of facility related operating and capital budgets 6.Manage budgets and service levels against established KPIs and metrics 7.Interact with local management and real estate brokers in location searches and due diligence of proposed sites for new leases 8.Ensure office standards and security guidelines are followed 9.Assist with post merger integration activities, working closely with other SP internal service providers (IT, HR, Finance, etc) Minimum Requirements: 1.Direct Facilities and Project Management experience 2.Ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans and blue prints 3.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 4.Detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision 5.Ability to interface with SP management teams to understand business requirements.
