Summary of Role: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): You are responsible for: • Providing assistance and advice for the implementation of the group HSE policy, • Leading, planning and executing HSE audits to back-up the different sites and subsidiaries and informing personnel of targets in the entire scope, • Monitoring and assisting with the implementation of action plans to ensure risk prevention and conformity with regulations (work accidents, etc.), • Leading the various awareness campaigns and contributing to the launch of continuous improvements policies with subsidiary HSE correspondents, • Updating, harmonising and monitoring consistency for documentation, • Regulatory monitoring, • Monitoring and controlling the different HSE indicators (reports, analysis, methodology, etc.), deploying corrective action plans and ensuring the satisfactory application of these plans, • Contributing to the training of EMEA/APAC personnel and the safety correspondents of subsidiaries, etc. • Defining the HSE standards to be followed by all EMEA APAC projects and monitoring their implementation • Providing advice with regard to security matters in liaison with SunPower Corporate Focal Point • Leading the implementation of a Crisis Management Organisation for EMEA APAC You report to the Administrative director. Minimum Requirements: • M2 in engineering + specialized in HSE Experience (duration/sector): • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, acquired in the field of energy and industry Specific knowledge required (languages/equipment, etc.): • Fluent English mandatory • Excellent software (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) skills Specific abilities / authorisations required: Well organised for schedules • good problem-solving abilities, good people skills, team spirit, international culture Preferred Requirements: - Location : La Tour de Salvagny - Déplacements ponctuels à l'international & national. *LI-JE |
