• Monitor client care by a good interface between the client & the company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
• Conduct a survey targeted to develop the company's portfolio.
• Prepare offers standards for some applications.
• Make a margin analysis for each case before the release of the Offer
• Build the technical bids of AO in relation to the technical department and the Department of Finance and Administration.
• Monitoring the implementation of projects to ensure they remain in line with the initial technical proposal and the expected initial cost while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Make a critical analysis of each project in order to draw lessons for the future.
• Ensure regular visits to customers to maintain a good listener and a good communication with the customer.
• Develop the customer portfolio by identifying and convincing new customers to its perimeter.
• Ensure proper monitoring of discovered clients so as to have a number of days of zero delay.
• Monitor the transfer of ownership to the customer
• Monitor billing
• Monitor recovery
 
Minimum Requirements: Preferred requirements
• Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer;
• Have relevant experience with at least 3 years in a sales position
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to plan ahead
• Know how to communicate
• Being autonomous
• Being rigorous.
• Good level of English (WK)
